Positive: The location is great. I have been staying here for 5 years when I come to town to visit my daughter and always thought the staff and cleanliness were exceptional. This time I did not have the same experience, and will not be returning.
Negative: Staff was rude and unengaging. I was locked out of my room and side door 2x (keycard stopped working), cleaning supplies had been left in my room, which I returned to the front desk. Floors in entry and hallways were dirty, like tracked in mud. Pool was green, I must say the housekeeping staff was really nice and brought me a replacement hair dryer immediately when I informed them the one in the room was broken. Every interaction with front desk was met with rudeness. Not the welcoming atmosphere and level of cleanliness I am used to there. I left feeling like I had been an inconvenience to them.
